25 kWp photovoltaic system with 20 kWh of storage for a fully electric home, heating included. It covers roughly half of the annual electricity consumption.
About the project
This project is a home in Sighișoara where all the main systems run on electricity, heating included. In a house like this, consumption is high and rises noticeably in winter, and the energy bill becomes one of the largest household expenses.
We sized the system on this real consumption, not on the available roof area. The result: 25.44 kWp installed, with 48 LONGi 530 W panels, two Huawei inverters (15 kW and 10 kW) and 4 Huawei batteries of 5 kWh each, for 20 kWh of storage.
The system covers about 50% of the home's electricity consumption. The batteries keep the energy produced during the day for the evening, when the household usually uses the most.
